The following is our promise to you:
1) Before you submit your order, UV Marketing Group will give you a good faith estimate for your work which will include time frame for completion, costs, expenses (if any), payment terms and conditions. If you have special needs we will work with you to define them. The most important time in our business relationship is when we establish reasonable expectations for performance. Our belief is that it is better to under promise and over deliver – not the other way around!
2) Upon receipt of your order and first payment, we will commence work on your behalf which may include designing, consulting, printing, list acquisition, mail fulfillment, product acquisition, postage and/or other products or services. Progress payments are then made based on levels of completion as listed below.
3) If a graphic proof is required you shall receive notification via email with instructions as to how to view it on our password protected website. You will be required to proof read all copy to check for spelling and accuracy of the content. UV Marketing cannot take responsibility for errors in text or images if you approve the proof without informing us as to corrections or changes needed*.
4) Upon “sign-off” approval “as is” of the proof we will simultaneously prepare your work for press and charge your credit card on file for the balance of all non-postage items on your work order relating to the approved proof. If you prefer to pay by check we would need your payment to clear through our account before submitting your order to press.
5) After printing, the fulfillment process will begin and your work will be shipped to you or be prepared for the USPS.
6) If your work includes postage for mailing services you will be responsible for that payment before we release your job to the USPS.
7) “Design only” work will follow the same procedure as above but will not go to press. Instead we will email you your work as an attachment file in your specified format or upload the images to your designated FTP site. (Disks are available for a $25 “burn” fee plus shipping.)
8) Consulting work is customized for each individual client’s needs. Completion of work will be when the client is satisfied that the parameters of the job are met as initially defined by the client and UV Marketing Group.
9) Due to the nature of custom design work for your company there are no refunds for work that has been started or completed. We do offer credit on those jobs that have started, stopped and then re-started on the same work or with a different project your credit will be adjusted based on costs incurred.
