View your proofs carefully:
1) You will be required to proof read all copy to check for spelling and accuracy of the content. UV Marketing cannot take responsibility for errors in text or images if you approve the proof without informing us as to corrections or changes needed*.
2) Upon “sign-off” approval “as is” of the proof we will simultaneously prepare your work for press and charge your credit card on file for the balance of all non-postage items on your work order relating to the approved proof. If you prefer to pay by check we would need your payment to clear through our account before submitting your order to press.
3) After printing, the fulfillment process will begin and your work will be shipped to you or be prepared for the USPS.
4) If your work includes postage for mailing services you will be responsible for that payment before we release your job to the USPS.
5) “Design only” work will follow the same procedure as above but will not go to press. Instead we will email you your work as an attachment file in your specified format or upload the images to your designated FTP site. (Disks are available for a $25 “burn” fee plus shipping.)
6) Consulting work is customized for each individual client’s needs. Completion of work will be when the client is satisfied that the parameters of the job are met as initially defined by the client and UV Marketing Group.
7) Due to the nature of custom design work for your company there are no refunds for work that has been started or completed. We do offer credit on those jobs that have started, stopped and then re-started on the same work or with a different project your credit will be adjusted based on costs incurred.
* Proofs are provided for your approval before printing. Take your time to proofread; making sure all information is accurate, names, addresses, phone numbers and spelling. You are responsible for identifying all errors, omissions, spelling, corrections or changes. Proof approval must be received via fax, mail, overnight delivery or our Internet site. UV Marketing Group will not take responsibility for errors overlooked by our clients. Proper care must be taken when signing-off on your proofs to insure the quality of the work. If revised proofs are needed simply request one upon submission of your corrections. UV Marketing Group will not be held liable for any error or omission for any reason if the error or omission was not properly brought to our attention. We will work with you on resolving any issues that may occur to your work to determine cause. If UV Marketing Group is the cause we will re-do your work order to the extent of our error at no charge to you. We cannot be held liable for consequential damages due to errors. We go to great lengths to insure your satisfaction and work even harder to resolve problems that may occur!
